Fix-it-upper or tear-it-downer?

 My first

reaction was "why would they just ignore this"?  My second reaction was "look at that roof line; it's not bad at all!"  Hold your hand over that front window and door.  The rest of this ramshackle beauty looks ok, right? 

Remember, I'm a dreamer.  It's a lovely piece of property offering pine trees and a bit of waterfront on the river.  I'd like to think that next time I drive by, someone will have rescued it.
